Conference 2000 - Bigger and Better!
Following the increased support given by sponsors and registrants of the 1999
Conference, the 3rd Annual Online Documentation Conference was the most successful conference yet!
Many helpful comments and suggestions have been given by registrants of the
previous conferences, all of which are important to the conference organisers, and have been
carefully examined and considered. These suggestions were incorporated in
the third
conference in many areas including topics, speakers, workbooks, sound & video, social
/ networking, location and more.
AODC 2000 brought back a number of very popular speakers from 1999,
including Matthew Ellison
from DigiText, and Tony Self, from HyperWrite, along with fresh faces such as
Rob McKilliam and Susan Harkus. And an Online Documentation Conference would
feel incomplete without Joe Welinske from WinWriters of Seattle, who is the
co-founder of the Australasian event.
